Need help: increased my calories but still feeling very weak

It went like this:
2 weeks of low carb low calorie, lost 10 lbs in those 2 weeks
Started feeling weak at the end of those 2 weeks, so:
Ate more calories and carbs for the following 2 weeks
Still feeling abnormally weak at the end of those more calorie weeks
I don't have any medical condition. I drink plenty of water and get my micronutrients.
My question is: Does it take longer than 2 weeks to feel normal again after increasing calories? My muscles just don't want to move.
Has anyone experienced prolonged weakness after decreasing calories?

How low carb and low calorie are you actually talking about that caused that big water weight drop?
How many more calories did you actually increase by for the next 2 weeks then?
And what was exercise during those weeks?
Your body could indeed be genetically fast to slow down to protect itself from lack of food.
And it's still wanting to store fat rather than speed up in case the craziness continues.0
