:happy: so today I was paying my neighbor back some money I owed her and she was going through closet and she decided to help Encourage me and gave me some of her cloths now let me just say she is a rail so anyways I was just curious and tried on one of the shirts thinking there is no way it will fit but it did!!! It's a medium youth size and it fit!!

    This was taken 15 days ago when I started back on MFP and I don't see a difference but apparently there is a little!

    Nice job! You have inspired me to do something more to track my progress...I can't bring myself to step on the scale and don't have an iphone for one of those cool before/after shots...but I think I will take measurements Monday morning and see how many inches I can lose in one week...

    your pictures look great, by the way...keep up the good work!

    you can do before and afters on your computer if you have a digital camera hun or you may be able to find a site with a collage builder :)
