I'm so active. I've represent my country in sports, doing training almost 5 days per week. The only problem I got is my belly fat. It is always there no mattet how many sits up I've done. Any suggestion?

First, I think it's important to remember that you can't spot-reduce fat from any area of your body, so sit ups won't do much. You will have to burn fat all over via cardio and clean diet and do some toning moves at the same time. Check out fitnessblender's 4 week abs program (or any of their videos really).0
