I did the following without a ball. I added 3 sets of Hammer Curls 12 each because I did not have the ball.

First Set:

12 sit ups
12 table tops
12 crunches (both sides)
12 crunches, legs elevated
ab #1 stretch

Second Set:


12 sit ups
12 table tops
12 side crunches (both sides)
12 crunches, legs elevated
ab #1 stretch
