Bruising?

I've got crazy bruising going on from my stomach to my legs. My legs look like I lost a major fight, for real! And they seem to take forever to go away. Anybody else experience this or know a cause or cure?

    There was some discussion about it in the LCD group yesterday/previous days. I think for some folks, it was lack of vitamin c since they still had a moderate carb level. For others, it was iron related. I'll be able to tell you later, as I fell and wiped out in an utterly epic manner about an hour or so ago... LMAO

    Ouch.
    I have always bruised quite fantastically. I would second the vitamin C. Broccoli is a good source for keto folks.

    Just a skinned knee and some sore arm tendons... No bruising yet, which is odd because my fiance always said I bruised a like a peach before! LOL

    I bruise easily, but since going keto, I have less than when I was just low carbing. I sprained both ankles two days ago, and even now, only one is turning spectacular colors. I am not a fast healer, so this progress is fantastic.
