Set your macros to:
For Keto:
70% fat
20% protein
5% carbs
For low carb:
60% fat
20% Protein
10% Carbs

Jingles, do you know that you're somehow posting in the low carb group, not the main area? We're all here because we don't believe the usual macros work for us. Not exactly a place to get people to tell you that you'll lose weight by eating twice the carbs of even the higher carb people here.
