I go between a few choices:
½ cup dry old fashioned oats with 1 cup water
    1 T real maple syrup
    or
2 eggs over medium with a piece of fruit
    or
2 eggs scrambled with 1 cup of spinach

all with my 1 cup of coffee for the day

And every day starts with a big glass of water. Because I LOVE water!

I love overnight oats using steel cut oats, almond milk, greek yogurt and seasonal fruit.
Very filling and satisfying. Sometimes I also have an egg to increase protein.

Greek yogurt parfait with kashi, nuts, fruit, honey.

And of course, eggs. I make kale or spinach omelets with cheese.

    Shakes are another option .

1/4 cup steel oats - cooked with 1 cup water
1/2 cup Fruit- sometimes stewed rhubarb, frozen blueberries, or applesauce (all homemade or home frozen). I had local strawberries yesterday.
    2 oz Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia or 1 Tbsp ground flax
    1/2 Tbsp sliced almonds

This is my favourite. It reminds me of a dessert that I make.

Usually an omelet with spinach and other veggies, feta cheese and kalamata olives, or refrigerated mason jar overnight oatmeal with oats, milk, china seeds, Greek yogurt and fruit of choice, or maybe avocado toast on whole grain bread drizzled with olive oil and topped with cracked pepper and pink Himalayas sea salt...makes me want breakfast!!!

    Veggie omelet, sliced tomato
Homemade egg mcmuffin or whole wheat bagel breakfast sandwich with veggie sausage
Fiber One cereal w/banana and almond milk (not sure if Fiber One is considered "clean"??)

I bought steel cut oats and some stuff to put in it but have not made yet. I need to. I planned to make like 3 or 4 days worth and store it in the frig for quick breakfasts. This is kind of motivating me to do that.

Nut butter on wholemeal toast or mashed bananas mixed with a dob of fat and a pinch of cinnamon warmed under the grill on hot toast. Yummy.

I typically have a protein shake in the mornings before I go to work. But when I have time, I enjoy eggs and really like eggs with avocado. Seems to fill me up well for the morning. I also have had oatmeal with yogurt and fruit.

I came up with a quick yummy breakfast I call it the Greek Muffinapolis

1/2 whole grain English muffin lightly toasted

    While toasting arrange:
1/2 cup organic spinach leaves to form natural cup shape to fit muffin
Add 1/2 tbs feta cheese crumbled in center of leaves

Remove toasted muffin and Turn toaster oven to 350°

Place arranged leaves and feta on muffin
Place metal cookie cutter/3" metal baking ring sprayed lightly with cooking spray on top and Place one egg white in center
Bake in toaster oven until egg is desired doneness
Remove and sprinkle with dried chives, dill weed and turmeric

Eat!! I usually pair it with 5 large baby carrots and black tea with honey and lemon juice. Yummy, filling, and great start to the day in less than 15min!!

If you can stomach it, a meat derived protein like Foul, Fish, Pork, etc. Helps keep you fuller longer.
