Today is not a fast day it's the day after fast day. However I feel like I'm starving. Luckily I prepared healthy eats for lunch, and have plenty of Green Tea

    That's the attitude! Brace yourself that the first few weeks, there'll be lots of experimenting and trying out what works or not for you. We generally don't dole out "rules", because ultimately we're all different and have different lifestyles :) Make the plan work for YOU, not against :)

    My 3rd week and I'm down a total of 6lbs and 2 inches from hips & 3 inches from waist...and the bonus is the yesterdays fast day I didn't even feel hungry just breezed right through it.
