I've just joined this group of Low Carbers. I am currently trying out the Whole30 plan, started on Monday, feeling really good but hope to meet others doing the same. I'm open to friending as long as you include a message saying you are Whole30 or a low carber familiar with W30. I'm a bit cautious after a rough incident a few years ago.
Have a great evening!

I've done a whole 30 but in my experience it isn't low carb. Maybe lowER carb than the SAD though. I loved my whole 30. Plan on doing one again soon.0

Hi and welcome,
I didn't know I was doing whole 30, but after I have just checked out their approved food list it seems I am lol! The only thing on the list that I avoid is bananas, too high carb for me and if I have them in the house would eat too many. Wish I could afford to go down the organic / grass fed route, but not possible at the minute. I am careful about bacon though as a lot of it seems to be full of sugar. Good luck.0 -
Google the whole 30 meal planner and make sure you roughly follow the suggested portion sizes or I suspect it can easily get out of control!!0

I'm familiar with it but haven't actually done it. The recipes in their books look good.0
