Low energy when I exercise

Sometimes when I exercise for over 30 min - my sugar drops. What is the best way to keep my sugar up while working out?

I usually eat something before like half apple with peanut butter and sometimes I divide my workout into two 15 min workouts instead. I notice more of a drop now that I use insulin.0

I have the same problem. I don't exercise over 30 min at a time. If I do, I take a break in between. Or do some in the am and some in the evening.
It's frustrating, but that's how it is. I always stop while I'm still feeling good.0 -
I would eat something to cover the exercise time. Even 10-15g carbs?0
