Here's today's concoction.

11 grams of fiber 26 grams of carbohydrates.
But for that I got two cups of spinach/kale and 1/2 cup of blueberries.
I also threw in a zip fizz to add more fruit flavor.
This should last me a few hours!

hmmm...I've been thinking about putting greens in my smoothie. I already put avocado in there. My smoothies are so much more filling since I added the avocado and the cottage cheese.0

You can get a lot of "greens bang for your buck" with a smoothie.
If I wasn't out of avocado, that would be in there too!
The hemp and coconut flakes are yummy and filling too.0 -
PS: today's a running day, so there's a bit more greens. On lifting days there's a bit less.0
