Getting Back In the Pool!

Hey all!
I'm Teressa, new to the group. I used to swim competitively growing up and throughout high school/college but stopped swimming almost 5 years ago.
This week, I joined a gym that not only has a pool but has a masters team! I've done two workouts so far and it feels amazing. It's funny how I had forgotten how much I miss swimming and how good it makes me feel.
Anyways just wanted to introduce myself and say hi! And that swimming is badass.

We're happy to have you!~0 -
I also just joined the group, and recently started back swimming after years as well. I had so much fun my first time back in the water, and it just keeps getting better as my endurance improves. Looking forward to the tips and support from this group!0

Welcome. You do have the advantage of muscle memory. I see 70somethings in the pool at the Y who were former swim teamers. Still kicking a strong flip turn.
Me? I never learned the flip turn.
You'll be back to form in no time.0
