31lb since getting back on track at the end of April, 18lb of that since starting keto on May 25.
I only pay attention to net carbs and I've averaging 13g there, with the lowest day being 3g and the highest 31g.0 -
30 pounds since February! Lower carbs, sorta calorie counting, but going for mainly unprocessed foods, no sweets, no junk stuff. Just trying to change my behavior toward food and added exercise. Glacial progress, but progress nevertheless. 30 more pounds to go. Bought a few clothes at chicos today. Pants size went from 3 to 2. I'm ecstatic.0

Began LCHF Feb 1…on May 30 I was down 26 pounds… in the middle I switched to a plant-based, no meat low protein Low Carb diet due to a serious kidney issue …I did some research and now ammend my LP nutrition with essential amino acids meant for kidney patients, plus a liquid magnesium- ReMag that has made significant difference in my BG and eliminated leg cramping altogether. I was FBG>107 all the time up to 130.…and am now at 87 most of the time, except after meals of course…so a big health difference!0

I'm 60 odd days in with 14/15 lb loss. I stay at <16g carbs and around 1300 calories. Don't stress too much anymore if over on the calories.0

My MFP says 23, but I've lost forty overall. Main goal: getting off diabetes meds. Status: ACCOMPLISHED! Normal a1c.0

Best of all! I'm still working toward that--and other improvements in health. Will be going to doc on Monday, and I'm using the weight on his scale since I think my old scale has seen its better days. Will post weight on Monday.
Congrats! I'll be joining you in abandoning diabetes meds soon.

Today I crossed the 70 pounds lost mark. I've essentially been losing 1kg a week (32 kg) since I started last September, with a couple of pauses in the mix or time-outs for seasonal factors. Last Christmas was the first season in memory where I didn't put on a single ounce. In theory I have 35 pounds left to go but will evaluate that in the months to come based on how I feel and look.0

Only at the end of week 3. Lost 6 lbs the first 2 weeks. This week haven't lost but I am trying to tweak my diet.0

Great job on the loss, OP (and everyone else). I've lost roughly 8 lbs and 14 inches since mid-January. I'm definitely in a stall, probably having to do with stress, a busy schedule starting at 5 am, and no energy left at the end of the day to exercise.0

Today is exactly 4 weeks, and 10 pounds lost! Most of that was the first week lol but I'm ok with a pound a week! I stay mostly under 20g net carbs daily, but some times go up to about 30g. I don't pay much attention to calories, but try to stay under 1600. I feel so wonderful0

I've lost 11 lbs since March. Feels slow but I wasn't overly overweight to begin with. I'd like to lose about 10 more.0

Ive lost 25 lbs in total over the past 3 months, 10 of which have come off this past month since going keto. Before going keto i hit a plateau and didnt lose anything for 3-4 weeks. I didnt think i was losing since going keto but id remembered my weight from 4 weeks ago wrong. When i just went back into my stat history i was really pleased to see i was actually 10lbs heavier this time last month. Just 2.5lbs/wk loss is slower than i was hoping (yes, i know im impatient and unrealistic!) but, thinking about it, as long as it stays off and continues to reduce, id call that success. Yay!
Id like to lose another 17 pounds or so.0
