"rest" days?

What is the best to do for rest days. I want to work out some but is it better to do yoga or pilates or just strength training on off days. Or is it better to just rest those days?

I do strength training on the rest days and Sunday is my proper rest day...although I am moving around a lot and catching up on all my chores and cooking on Sundays.0

I was think the same thing. I thought pilates would be good. I do the same on Sundays. Lol0
