are you making a milk shake drink? sweetened condensed milk?
can you substitute UNsweet almond milk, add stevia or sweeteners (not sugar) and a bit of Guargum, and still blend in your avocado…bet you'd save a TON of carbs..in fact I am sure of it.
I use almond milk constantly, and because there is a thickener in the amino acids supplement I need, I get a thicker shake when I blend in spinach, berries, protein powder..yum. even without the AAs, adding more spinach or kale can thicken the shake too.0
