Trying not to eat my feelings

I'm really trying not to use food as an escape from stressful situations but it can be so difficult. Between raising a child with ADHD and another who's a toddler still, it can be a lot dealing with the meltdowns in public, the running off when they're upset, and just destroying everything in the house. I just get so overwhelmed and frustrated that I go in the refrigerator and eat more than I should. I'm trying not to go that route again but I don't know how else to cope with things.
