(Old version and Name, the new version is the Loaded Baked Potato)
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 1/2 TSP NF CHEESE (OPTIONAL FOR GARNISH)

REHYDRATE POTATOES PER PACKAGE DIRECTIONS
DEFROST BOCA BURGER 30 SECONDS IN MICROWAVE
HEAT VEGGIES UP FOR ABOUT 2 1/2 MIN IN MICROWAVE
PLACE VEGGIES IN BOTTOM OF BOWL
CRUMBLE BOCA BURGER
ADD PEPPER AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
MIX TOGETHER
HEAT MIXTURE 1 MIN IN MICROWAVE
TOP WITH POTATOES AND OPTIONAL CHEESE

(*I USED GUMBO MIX VEGGIES AND THERE WERE LITERALLY ONLY 4 KERNELS OF CORN SO I DIDN'T COUNT IT AND I MADE SURE TO USE LESS THAN 35 CALORIES WORTH OF CHEESE), THE OTHER VEGGIES WERE OKRA, CARROTS, RED PEPPER, ONIONS AND CARROTS, ALTERNATIVELY, YOU COULD USE JUST GREEN BEANS OR ANY COMBINATION YOU LIKE, IF YOU USE A LOT OF STARCHY VEGGIES IE: FROZEN CORN, BE SURE TO COUNT IT AS A SMART CARB)

    Alternate version is to use the NutriSystem Frozen Hamburger and refreeze the Bun for later where an entree calls for a small Whole Wheat Bun. These Buns are tasty.
