What are you eating today?

Would anyone be willing to join me in a semi regular post of what our menus are looking like? I know that we're in many different places, but I'm always looking for yummy, on plan ways to get my protein in that I've not thought of yet.

B- 1 over medium egg, 1 turkey sausage link
S- 8oz plus protein milk
L- 2oz smoked salmon, 1T light sour cream, 1/4c steamed broccoli
S- 2 baybel light cheese rounds
D- 3oz slow cooked chicken in teriyaki sauce, shredded
S- Dannon Light and fit greek yogurt- strawberry cheesecake

    B - Laughing Cow light cheese wedge with 4 grapes
    L - Dannon Light & Fit Greek raspberry chocolate
    D - 4 oz grilled chicken breast on top of salad of butter lettuce, carrot, cucumber, tomato with light ranch

    My meals are all pretty similar-

    B - Protein powder in my water
    L - 2 cheese sticks w/ 4 oz fruit (strawberries or cherries)
    D - 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast over salad of butter lettuce, banana peppers, bell pepper and goat cheese with balsamic vinaigrette.

    On the rare occasion I'm hungry for a snack, I'll have a bit of fruit or another piece of cheese.

    B- over easy egg with applegate turkey bacon tomato red onion and reduced fat sargento pepper jack cheese.
    L- 2oz ham, 1 oz fresh mozzarella, basil,tomato, balsamic vinegar
    D- whatever protein my family has with 1/2 cup of low starch veggie
