Ingredients:3 tbsp. FF Philadelphia cream cheese- 45 cal
1 serving (cup) light soy milk (or substitute FF milk)- 70 calories
1 serving Sugar Free Strawberry TOPPING (for desserts)- 25
1 serving SF strawberry Preserves-- 5
1 individual graham cracker square ( 1/4 of a graham cracker SHEET)- 15 OPTIONAL
3 tbsp. Splenda
1/2 tsp. Imitation vanilla Extract

Cream cheese should be at room temperature (or microwave 10-15 seconds). Cream well with Splenda, strawberry preserves, 1/2 serving of strawberry topping, and imitation vanilla. Pour soy milk over the mixture and mix well for about a minute (the soy milk should take on the pink color, and it should taste like strawberry cheesecake). Pour in a ready ice cream maker on low setting. Allow to set to desired texture. Place ice cream in bowl, top with remaining half of strawberry topping, and crumble the graham cracker square on top. ENJOY!!!

I forgot to post the protein (6 from soy milk, 7.5 from the cream cheese) makes 13.5 total
And if you omit the optional graham cracker topping, the calories come to 145 total
