Any one tried Glucomannan/Konjac flour?

I recently bought some Bare Naked Noodles which are Shirataki japanese noodles made from Glucomannan or konjac flour. They are soluble fibre and have zero net carbs. They were brilliant...as long as you give them a good wash first(they come in a packet of liquid). Has anyone used glucomannan or konjac flour as a thickener or in baking please?

I have it on order from Amazon. I will let you know or check back with me. I used to eat those noodles too (but a different brand). They are so odd but amazing for being on Weight Watchers at the time.0
