I have finis swim mp3 player first it would come up on my computer having drive issues. Now was going to put away for the and contact the co in the morning now it wont power on at all. I have the neptune . Anyone else ever had this issue

    I have the Neptune Finis. Leave the device charging overnight in a wall socket and see if that helps
