I'm done can't continue doing keto! Been doing it for a couple months and its just! boring! and unsatisfying like why not eat a balance diet I know it helps many cancer people and Diabetics but for the average joe KETO is a bunch of hogwash I'm all for health but a more balanced approach not depriving myself of foods I enjoy! My advice to you is enjoy life work hard and eat what you want! Jmo keto not for me rant over!
