So here I go starting a new program. My 3 daughters and I began the 21 Day Fix Program today. It is primarily portion control and exercise. I like that you make of a list of your favorite 'healthy' foods and work from that list. I am learning that it is best to make your food from scratch and store it instead of using prepackaged meals - even the diet meals. I was up until midnight making breakfast and lunch for the 4 of us and I am excited that the meals I prepared in advance were simple, nutritious and tasty. I hope some of you can join us on this 21 day journey.
