Hi there. I'm trying to create a custom exercise for my exercise journal. It involves a 60-minute strength class in a hot yoga room, using light hand weights. Does anyone know how many calories this might burn for a 200 lb female? I'm new to MFP, so if I should post this elsewhere, please point me in the right direction. Thank you!
