Low carb steak sauce recipe

Does anyone have a good low carb steak sauce recipe? I saw a Philly Cheese Steak recipe on pinterest, instead of bread the ingredients were stuffed in a green pepper.....but no steak sauce recipe was given......

    Béarnaise? Egg yolk, butter, tarragon, white wine vinegar.

    I haven't tried this, but my fiance loves philly steak. Last time I made it, I pounded a top round steak super thin, sauteed separately some onions, green peppers, and mushrooms (I needed to use them up). Mixed together some cream cheese and shredded mozz blend, layered it with the veggies, then rolled the meat up and cooked until the sauce was bubbly and the meat had a good cook to it. I could have seared it, but I would have wanted cast iron to go stove to oven, and I didn't have that.... He's not eating low carb except by default, so I slapped it on a roll for him, and he was in hog heaven. A $3 clearance piece of round steak made two full meals for us. I mixed mine with cream cheese and sharp cheddar and some garlic powder, if I remember right... Ate mine as is, as I don't do bread. Heavenly.

    No steak sauce required, but that above thing is supposed to taste something like A1, I think. What kind of steak sauce are you looking for?

    Pan juices, beef stock, garlic, mushrooms, lots of black pepper, cream.

    Those both sound good.....I was looking for something like A1, but I'll try someing else that's tasty ...... I might just try it w/o steak sauce.....I've gone this long w/o it

    If you seared it in the pan with butter, I would think you probably wouldn't need it. You might add just a splash of Worcestershire sauce for the acid if you need it.

    I found a good recipe online yesterday...it included reduced sugar ketchup( 1 carb/tbsp), apple cider vinegar, mustard, onion powder, paprika, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, water and Xanthan gum....came out pretty good.....
