I am really good at starting but usually after 1st month I go back to my old habits. Im sure im not the only one who struggles with this. I think it would great to have a weekly check in of sorts. what worked, what didnt , meal ideas, exercises, funny stories. Basically a meeting without the fees. I just really need to prove to myself that I can and will do this.

I have officially made one week of eating better and exercising daily. Only 51 weeks till I make a year. Go me. lol0
