So...I bought some and did NOT like eating them as/is. I'm curious of anyone out there has used them as coating for frying and if they liked them that way?

I dip in tunafish or chicken salad...gives that nice crunchy taste that crackers used to give me...

Yes, you can grind pork rinds in the blender, then use the result on things like chicken or fish filets - brush them with mayonnaise, and top with the ground pork rinds, then bake in the oven.0

Sorry - I should have added: when I use them for baking, I like to add 1 clove pressed garlic, and some "Italian" seasoning herbs. Also, I like pork rinds to eat with pate, or salsa, or, like Dan, with egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad ...0

They are delicious with guacamole or sour cream and onion dip. Wish I could find them in Germany.0
