I read this while on the treadmill.

Just a few good ideas I need to be reminded of on occasion.

I am at that last 15 lbs of fat to go. So I am reshaping my body and getting new focus

The one about the danger of piling on calories snacking on nuts is me for sure. I can snack 700 calories in nuts way too easy!!!
