I read this while on the treadmill.
Just a few good ideas I need to be reminded of on occasion.
I am at that last 15 lbs of fat to go. So I am reshaping my body and getting new focus
The one about the danger of piling on calories snacking on nuts is me for sure. I can snack 700 calories in nuts way too easy!!!

Aww nuts.
I'm definitely guilty of "snacking" on nuts instead of eating nuts as a snack.0 -
I have to portion out 1 oz of nuts or I could easily eat 4 oz with wild abandon.0

I admit defeat on mixed nuts. I rarely buy them.
