I've been a long-time low carber / Atkins / KETO... also competed in fitness for many years. This year I came off my competition diet and back on KETO, however my weight spiked pretty quickly... now I'm having a hard time losing anything. I'm consistently under 15gr net carbs, 75 - 80% fat, 15 - 20% protein. My daily calorie intake is now up to 1600/day (was on 1200 on competition diet).
I'm 5'8.5" and 155lbs. My "happy place" for weight is 140 - 145. This is my 4th week on KETO and can't drop a pound. I also work out 5x week plus get some walking in.
Ketones are low and won't come up (about 0.5 - 0.8), fasted glucose is fairly low (3.8 - 4.8 mmol)
Any suggestions?

You might need to eat more depending on the intensity of your exercise. Also if you were on your competition diet for an extended period, your metabolism will probably need to reset.

You gained weight at current 1600 calorie diet as compared to your 1200 competition diet.

Sounds like if you want to weigh in at your competition weight you should eat your competition calories.

You increased calories and gained weight. So that created a surplus of calories.
Maybe you don't need to go down to 1200 but to create a deficit, you must need to get below 1600.
