Week 3 " Transformation"

Hello everyone, how are you doing? I hope all is well. Tomorrow is weigh-in and the beginning of a new week " Transformation" . If you lost a good amount of weight last week, you might not have lost a lot of weight this week and visa-versa, if you didn't loose a lot of weight last week, maybe this was your week to loose. Either way, don't be discouraged. As Dr. Ian says in the book, your body is now trying to hold on to not "Shredding " fat. But that's o.k. because this is the week that you need to press on and press through. This is the week, that if you follow the program closely, you will see a significant amount of change by the end of the week. That's why this week is called " Transformation". Now this week, shakes, smoothies, and soups are only 200 calories per serving. Make sure you adhere to that, so that your body will transform and not plateau this week. It's like another jump start to your body and the "Diet Confusion" he was talking about earlier. Also this week, there are more days where your just eating the shakes , smoothies and soups for the main meals and having lemon water in the morning. But you still get to have your snacks three times a day, just watch out for a lot of sugar in your smoothies and shakes, and watch out for the salt in take in your soups, under 480mg per serving.
