I blame the gardening last night. Anything remotely cardio makes me famished! I need to avoid grains at breakfast (messes with my blood sugar, messing up my whole day), but when I wake up so very hungry, all I can think about is a HUGE bowl of cereal!! Gonna be good....gonna be good.... Tea and a protein bar. Maybe cereal for lunch?
