OK.... I finished my diary from yesterday this morning. I got sooo hungry around 930 last night, I ate one of my protein bars. For the day, I went 17g over on net carbs. Not great....but a work in progress. Every day is a new beginning. Each meal is a chance to make a better choice. Plus for those who knew I was struggling with my depression/bipolar, my mood has shifted slightly. The D3 and B12 seem to have added a much needed energy boost and I feel more in control since I have a plan in place. Sometimes it's just having a plan that helps. Thanks to everyone for your continued support!!!!
