Round and round and round we go.....

So I have not been on here for a while and I have been catching up...Nice to see new members Welcome to you all and please feel free to add me to your friends list...I did notice that the basic message has not changed...Weight loss is frustrating if not near impossible sleep issues and of course the almighty hot flashes...I feel as though I am stuck on a merry go round spinning and spinning and sometimes it spins way out of control with the hot flashes and mood swings and the non-sleep and sometimes I feel as though I can control it better. Since I have not been here for a while and certainly not following any type of regiment I changed my goals and I will go home and weigh myself tonight and do new measurements might as well start from the most honest point. I am frustrated that instead of sticking with this when the times got tough or rutted I bailed and I apologize for that. Just because I am stuck does not mean I have no experience or wisdom to contribute. The major change I did make was to add the Black Cohosh around 70 days ago and I am pleased to announce that for me it is working somewhat. I still get hot flashes but not as bad and my anxiety has vastly improved so I will take it.
For now I will stay on the Merry go round and try very hard to not get kicked off again...

Hi, I am new to this group. My weight loss have been very slow, but I am not complaining. As long as I am not increasing I am happy. I wanted to ask, what is "Black Cohosh", I am starting to suffer from hot flashes, especially during the night.0

Fall down 7 times, get up 8.
I find it helpful to treat myself at least as kindly as I would treat any of you.0 -
How long did it go on before it began getting better?0
