This is my progress on my 3 lifts since I started working with him. The pull out numbers in the end are my competition numbers. Those are actual lifts -- everything else on here is a 1RM predictor. My best bench 1RM prediction was around 143 lbs (I missed a 148 lbs lift at competition and left a handful of lbs on the floor ... I was greedy, lol).

But seriously, everyone. This. Is. Insane. My competition squat was 27 lbs heavier than my predicted 1RM, that's how strong he helped me get. I can't rave enough. I have my next competition in about 2 weeks, and I'm on track to most likely beat all of my numbers from last competition a mere 10 weeks later.

The man knows what he's talking about!

**Note on the squat -- I had a huge deload to drop down to the 129lbs IRM prediction because I wasn't squatting to depth. But even before the deload, I was only at a shallow160 lbs before I started training with him.

How much $$ do I have to pay to get a 500lb squat? Can we negotiate?

So, your lifts went up by:

    Bench: 31%
    Squat: 117%
    Deadlift: 42%

Given my current 1RM in each lift, this would raise my 3-lift total from 1165 to 1978, with over 1k on squat alone. Yowsers!

^ LOL'd at that last reply.

Thanks for the mention Susan, I appreciate it!

You're going to be putting up some amazing numbers next year (well lets be real, you're already putting up amazing numbers). In fairness I think you should all know that Susan is part cyborg, but the USAPL doesn't test for titanium endoskeletal parts so she'll never get caught.

Also, she hit these insane numbers with something like a 6 week prep. One day we were Skyping and I was like

"Hey listen, you're really talented and I think you'd enjoy a powerlifting meet. Maybe you should go watch one and then..."

    and she's immediately like:

"Oh I signed up, the meet is in 6 weeks"

Then she had a really great meet and I'm like "hey great job when do you think you'll compe..."

    and she's immediately like:

    8 weeks, already signed up.

    LOL.

It's a pleasure working with you Susan, and thanks for the shout out.

That too, Sara, but everyone knows that already.

And thank you! I'm hoping to report back some solid PRs and 9 white lights.
