Being able to keep up with my husband and daughters while hiking around our state parks. I HATE when someone has to stop and wait for me to catch up.

I was looking forward to getting all my morning cardio in so I could eat this nice 16 ounce ribeye steak I bought Thursday

And I did get in 900 calories worth of cardio...

So the steak trimmed down to 13 ounces cook rare

    Mmmmmmm.......

It was great! I never thought I would say it but I look forward to living with a responsible attitude toward food!

Sometimes I want that big steak. Now I can have it and also not gain weight over it. I probably will lose weight. It seems doing a bunch of cardio and then having a big steak burns fat in its own weird metabolic way.

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend

Hallelujah! I even have to wear flesh colored tights under the shorts. Ugh - attractive! Slim, tight, cellulite-free legs would be heavenly. Part of me doesnt dare dream i will ever get there.

I know the feeling, on both counts. I live in Texas where it's hot as hell in the summer, and hot weather usually lasts from April-October. I have worn black stretch pants for most of the summers I can remember. My husband used to love to see me in tank tops. He stopped making the positive comments at one point. I really wasn't looking so good in a tank top anymore, with flabby arms and puffy-looking shoulders. I am starting to get my tank top appeal back, though. I'll be happy when he starts commenting again.

^^^^^^^ I can't wait, I haven't wore shorts since high school, probably tank tops either. Anything I have that's sleeveless is always covered with a jacket, and the closet I've been to shorts are capris, and their not that cool when it's hot.... That'll change soon! I'm not giving up

I am wearing shorts for the first time in many years this year. I'm looking forward to fitting into my size Medium winter parka hopefully this winter. Right now I'm a size Large so have a ways to go.

I am a winter person- I love cold!!! I intend to get as far north as possible some year. Lol So i want to look fabulous in form fitting sweaters and not feel/look like a big round fuzzy blob. :) also not look like the side of a barn in ski clothes. Can you imagine a gleefully screaming barn skiing toward you? Frightening! ;)

Oh yes this! I'm making this my next goal.

Right now I'm looking forward to my first pay check in almost 5 months so I can stock up on some of my favourite keto stuff. I haven't had steak in forever!

I am looking forward to not just "knowing" that food is fuel, but actually living my life that way. To eat for energy and not for emotional satisfaction. To consistently say no thank you to junk food and to being out with friends and still staying on track. To having a healthy attitude and relationship to food.

I can't wait until I lose enough weight to be able to buy off-the-shelf riding boots so I can start taking English riding lessons! Custom made riding boots in my calf size are upwards of fifteen hundred dollars...

Yes, I'd love to have narrower calves!

I also can't wait to put on this one pair of skinny jeans that has been waiting in my closet since the last time I did low carb. I got there a lot faster last time, but this time I started ten pounds heavier, and I think this time I've built habits that are way more sustainable and are based on an understanding of how this diet works instead of just following a set of restrictive meal plans!

For my fiance's favorite jeans to fit me as well in the tummy panel as the do everywhere else...

And ONE-DER-Land. Haven't been a visitor there in 15 years other than a brief visit on a fad diet 13 or so years ago. I'm planning on making it my vacation home, then permanent residence.

And knowing I look ten times better on this WOE on the same weight!

Wearing dresses and shorts in public. Yup, thigh rub is brutal in the hot summers. Unfortunately my thigh padding really just covers up the fact that I'm actually knock-kneed (forgot about that until I looked at my 3yo's legs and remembered that's exactly how mine were when I was young), so my thighs will still touch--but less cushion will result in less friction. :)

I am hoping to not be so self conscious, but that's maybe just me no matter what I weigh or look like, . I want my clothes to be comfortable. I want to wear a certain sundress I am saving as a goal.

Wow this post was fun to read! I would love to second the boots one but my calves are huge no matter what size I am. So not that one. Maybe I'll reward myself with a new pair of expensive wide calf boots this fall though.

    I am looking forward to...

Wearing some of my old things that I looked so good in before putting on weight

I wish I had more things. Keep them coming so I can steal yours!

This. I can't remember when I last fit in an airplane seat without my thighs preventing the armrests from coming all the way down. I always felt sorry for my seatmates. I haven't flown in 3-1/2 years, though, and have put on most of this weight in the past 3 years, so I hate to think how much spillover there would have been before LCHF.

I'd like to wear shorts someday, I don't think I've worn shorts in public since I was 15.
