Good morning, lovelies!

Happy Saturday... what are you doing today to forward your health goals?

I plan to spend a few hours in the lake, make a big salad to munch on, and do some cleaning. Just as soon as I get out of this very comfy bed.

Yesterday Skippy came back over in the afternoon with two of his friends who helped him fill more water balloons and then had a great balloon war and water fight in the lake. The sounds of screaming children was awesome. His dad came over at one point and we laughed that I have no kids but my yard is full of forgotten toys, bicycles, floaties, and water balloon skins.

I need to flesh out my goal worksheet today and list supporting thoughts and behaviors and detracting ones. I'm really good at wasting time, so a step by step series of mini goals is in order, as is setting realistic timelines.

    Well, I did a heart to heart talk with myself! I have been listing foods that trigger my overeating, mindlessly eating etc. I also tried an new exercise DVD on weight lifting (kettlebell with out the kettlebell, just 3 and 5 pound weights). It was a good start.

    I think I am going to start another personal challenge for 'me' and see where it takes me. BUT, I am happy to continue with our little 10 day challenges too!!

    I am going to do what Cari is trying and staying away from processed foods. Will give fresh veggies and my own cooked meals a try. I will have to google some salad dressing recipes too. I don't want to go low carb 100%, but will try and curb some of the carbs that trigger my overeating! Also will come up with a better exercise plan.

    I am still sorting out stuff here. Whew!! I keep finding drawers/closets etc, that I had forgotten!! Will this ever end??? Yes, it will, I am just glad I am doing it now and not later!!!

    Have a great day folks!! My 6 pm is coming up...I want to get some more water in ....as I go to bed early and don't want to be drinking toooooooo late!! or I will be up tripping over the cats in the middle of the night going for a pee!!!!

    I'm exhausted. I've been asleep since six pm so gonna give up and go to bed bit will post properly tomo :(
