Extra cardio / Trouble Spots between the Shred

I either do these SHORT 5-minute workouts before or after I do the Shred, or on rest days for a little boost.

My calves are HUGE! So I'm working them out a bit more using this:

Surprisingly, not as hard as I thought, but definitely feel the burn!

And I really like this 5-minute arm leaner too, no weights required! I can feel it working already!

Anyone have any suggestions or videos to share that help them too?

    OMG... just did the arm work out.... ouch times two.. once for each arm... will be doing this one again for sure... towards the end I thought I was doing great, then looked over at my arm and it was at a 45 degree angle down.. not straight out like it should have been... but I can feel the burn already

    I seriously think that arm workout helps a lot with toning. It DOES hurt. You have to do it almost everyday. I'm thinking in about 2 months it'll really show.

    I've been doing the arm workout on days when I don't do the shred and I honestly think thats whats helping me manage the planking positions in lv 2 better. I have such weak shoulders & wrists.
