Hi all well we are on to our last week ( hope there will be another one).
I have started jogging only my 3rd day but really enjoying it.

An up and down challenge...
2. I too started jogging .... Walk, /jog to prevent reinjury but only could times a week so far
3. Weight up and down...
4. Getting back to better planning and cooking ahead
5. Still eating mindlessly in front of tv
6. Can walk up eight flights of stairs without pain!!!0 -
I just got cleared to do weight lifting again. So happy to continue with challenge0

Thanks Jreedy Janelle... Finished the month with an one mile open water swim in the ocean and then a sunset walk/jog during sunset and moon rise... Trying to sneak my way back into running.. To prevent injury...

I am so sore after weight training. Drinking water and stretching now. Every muscle aches. But that is a good thing. Need to tone up and this is what I need. I am not near as sore as I was when I first started, so I didn't lose that much while I was recuperating from the arm lift. Today I go to Doctor for my Cancer check up. 3 years cancer free, so I expect good results.0
