OUR Last Week Of The Challenge

Week 5 Goals
Is this where we are now? Week 5? I have been traveling and tired and generally out of sorts/off plan, so want to refocus this week, stay within my calories (not too hard since I increased my goal to maintenance) and get back to keeping a daily log of what is working and not, as well as comply with my workout plan…

Morning all. Hope everyone's weather is as nice as it is here. Its one of those days I wish I wasn't at work. Might try and get a walk in on lunch.
