I'm new here. I'm 44 years old. A mom of two boys. I am a vegetarian trying to lose 10- 15 pounds. I was so close to my goal the end of last summer but stop tracking over the winter and gained it all back
So I guess I need to track for life! I do mostly home workouts. T25 and Insanity Max 30 are life savers for me since they are less than an hour. I try to fit in runs when I can and enjoy participating in 5Ks when I have time. I work full time so I feel like there are never enough hours in the day. I just got a great deal on a Jawbone fitness tracker so maybe that will help keep me moving. It's so nice to meet you all.

Hi JFP. I am also a vegetarian. Tracking definitely helps me too. I actually love the tracker here, where you can also look at the breakdown of vitamins/fiber etc. It is quite educational. And if I did not reach the goal for the day, instead of checking on the calories, I try to add something that will fulfill the nutritional goal. Do I need more fiber, more vitamin A? Try it, it is actually fun.0
