    Thank you for these resources. I think my husband finally believes that the changes I have made for myself are not bad for me and that I did a lot of research and put a lot of thought into it before I decided to change my way of eating.

    Wow, this is pretty huge! There's still a lot of support for grains (and I wonder how much of that was politically-motivated), but to remove the RDA limit on fat entirely? WOW! And no longer list fat or cholesterol as nutrients of concern? DOUBLE WOW! I'm super happy today.

    Okay.. so instead of rainbow stripes tinting my avatar, I think we need bacon stripes...

    I'm excited, but wary that the final draft will be a watered down version of this, at best. I would love to see this change, for the impacts it would have on public health, especially school and hospital food, nutritional assistance programs. I know, I'm preaching to the choir.
