Fructose

anyone have info on it? I started eating s yogurt this morning and as I read the label, a saw fructose listed as an ingredient so I stopped eating it.

It depends on the person. I eat a ton of fruit, I do very well on it!0

I also wanted to add that I don't eat a lot of processed foods. I also eat my fruit with a protein. Occasionally I do eat foods with sugar, fructose, or other forms of sugar like my yogurts. I don't stress over it...I do however watch my sugars carefully. If what I ate pushed my sugars up high...I would probably avoid it.0

Anything that ends in "ose" is a sugar (sucrose, lactose, maltose, galactose, etc). Anything ending in "ol" is a sugar alcohol (ex. xylitol) and should be watched for. Maltodextrin is basically a sugar filler in sweeteners.
So many sugars to keep an eye out for... boo0
