less carbs today

I got less carbs today went over 1200 calories to 1202 calories today. Its okay, now I am going for my walk it feel good to below carbs and a little over calories. I will not eat back my calories today after my work. I will get another 16 ounces of water in today and I hope just hope I do not have to spend all night in the ladies room.
