    I entered in all of my lunch since I packed. I am already over for sugar and I only have 484 calories left for the rest of the day. I should not have eaten that banana bread this morning! Oh well, now I feel extra motivated to get to the gym!

    My day is just starting so no tracking yet. I track as I eat to make sure I enter everything.

    I try to do that too @irisgal345. After a workout, I am back to a calorie count below the goal. I really only try to pay attention to that, what other nutrition stats do you all pay attention to?

    I'm all tracked for today. Woohoo! I watch my fiber intake to make sure I get enough. Need to work on that. I also really ned to watch my fat intake, though I probably have it on the low side. I don't worry bout sugar levels because all of mine comes from fruit and a touch of honey in my yogurt. If I get close to where I should be im happy. By the end of the week things tend to balance out. Lol

    Tracked & learning. I look at a lot - calcium, fat, salt, fiber, carbs, sugar, because I'm working to get a sense of what really eating healthy for me would be. Had a giant indulgent salad for dinner, yes salads can be indulgent, right? >:)

    @chixwithglasses I tend to stay away from complicated salads just because they are so difficult to log. Haha

    What I'm doing is posting my tracking progress the morning after, because I tend to finish up late at night.
