I think this is our 3rd mini challenge! Welcome all, as Karen has mentioned in our previous challenge, we are taking 'baby steps', thus the 10 day challenge only. Figure we can move forward in our healthier lifestyle plans if we take them 10 days at a time!! Jump in whenever you would like and please share you mini-goals for the 10 days! As Karen has also mentioned, if you would like, pick your own reward to reward yourself once you finish, if this is something that will help motivate you!!
