Day 15 done with 5 & 10 lb weights

First Set:

12 reverse lunges (both sides)
12 ball squeezes sitting
12 ball reverse bridge
12 seated one legged toe raises (both sides)
12 ball side crunches (on both sides)

Used a substitute for ball
