Side stretch felt good, I will add it to my daily stretches (and I WILL do them daily, lol). Deep breathing was good, I often remind myself to take a deep breath and relax, I just added a few more and it felt even better!0

Water done (I usually do 9-12 cups). For those of us who exercise more than a few minutes a day this one is critical.0
