I just hit my highest weight ever.....I am so ready to get this weight off. I had to move four years ago due to my job and I live in a place that I absolutely HATE! I have developed asthma due to bad air quality and have continued to put on weight every year. Now I have sleep apnea, I can't breath and my back hurts ( not just a little but REALLY hurts) from just walking from the parking lot to my desk everyday. I feel like I am in a downward spiral and have lost all control over my life.
So small baby steps to start..... got myself a fitbug to track my activity and using MFP to track my food for the past week.
I need to make changes and could use some support and motivation.

You can do this!!!! I've been on again, off again trying to lose weight and I always have success when I start logging my food. Being aware of what I put in my mouth is first and foremost my most important thing. I also just started doing Advocare for the vitamins. I'm starting my third day today on my new lifestyle. We can do this together! I'm sending a friend request! Good luck!!!!0

You've got the right attitude Andi, take it steady one lb at a time. Is there anyway you can move? 4 years is a long time to be somewhere you hate! I lived in an awful area for 18 months and know how negative it can make you feel. Look after yourself and take it one day at a time! Good luck!0
