Sorry for slacking off on recording. It seems to always be something to do "later" but I need to stop thinking like that... You guys deserve better...

huh...you are the only one that has EVER PM'd me about my diet....I don't think anyone else ever even looks at it...ok then, I can live with that...any useful info from nutrition man to share w/the class?0

lots of protein, veggies and some fruit. small amount of carbs first thing in the am and pre-post workout.0

close on carbs/fat...but 10 each for sugar and protein = 150...beginning to see that increasing the protein is helping me not feel the need to 'snack' at night so that's a good thing...and my rings are sliding around my fingers and my cheekbones are starting to show themselves, so even though I haven't weighed in a while and I know i'm still up...I think it's starting to have a positive effect0

Glad to hear the protein pursuit is going well, M. It's tough but with your culinary skills you have an advantage. You can make great natural protein based dishes. Even with a recipe, I'm toast...

7/14 = 40 + 260 = 300 (shoulda been 7/15)
7/16 = 40 + 300 = 340 (pretty low on cals & carbs but it was a rest day)
Good job for both of you! Michele, IMHO you shouldn't worry about carbs until your Tri is over.0 -
Weekend was a food fest. Thankfully, I didn't add alcohol to the mix. Total points for the weekend was 40. I am so happy we are counting sugar.. LOL. 240+40=2800

now tri's over....next up is the big swim end of august, so till then, i'd like to look as not stuffed sausage as possible in a wetsuit...weekend eating wise was pretty good only points wise not so much - 20 for Friday, 10 for Saturday, and yesterday I didn't log, so i'll take a zero (probably really had a decent day...didn't go anywhere's near wild, mostly actually I was just thirsty and it was almost too hot to eat...) but...that leaves me at a sad 210 total...0

the big swim is one mile...which really doesn't sound like all that far..but once you start swimming, oh it is forever..... anyhoo - yeah jim - catch up mr legit I got a whopping 10 for Monday and 20 for Tuesday so 30 + 210 = 240 man I am failing at this one....0

actually ate pretty well this weekend considering how much I was on the run...but points wise not so much - 0 Friday, 20 Saturday and 0 sunday....2700
