Is anyone else having their fingernails grow like crazy? With all this protein I have a full set of decent looking nails. And they're not peeling or splitting either. This is one good side effect of the surgery and the protein. I was really surprised when I stopped long enough to pay attention.

Yes! All the protein, and I also take the Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins. My nails have been super strong and healthy, and my hair too actually. Nice little bonus, right?0

Yes and I'm loving it!! One month today since my RNY and my protein is still not up where I need it to be, so I'm hoping they get even stronger and longer! I take biotin for my hair which I'm very nervous about losing. Fingers crossed!0
